Using DVD Fab 9 you can rip a Blu-ray. You have an extra button on the left called Advanced Options. In that section you can put the picture quality to a higher level. When I would like the best picture, at what level do I put the frame speed ? It starts at 10 and goes up as high as you like. I often see a slight delay in the picture (frames ) when I rip/convert a Blu-ray. Very annoying. How can I modify this, please ? Meaning, what are the best levels to set to get the best picture which looks rather sharp, solid, smooth and without delay?

The frames you see while you're converting are actually displayed as a preview. You can't have fluent playback while ripping or converting. That's just a simple preview to see how it looks. A higher setting will also increase the file size. If you're ripping a Blu-Ray, there is not a lot of quality improvement to achieve since you have what's already called the best. I recommend converting small portions of the movie. And adjust the quality factory based on that setting.
