Essl Smart Office Break deduction issue.

Question

I am using Essl Smart Office Suite. It's working fine but one issue. If I have downloaded work duration report (uncheck break) then total duration is including break or if check break option in shift then all employees have same break deduct in work duration?

I have tried to obtain additional information regarding this procedure, but there isn't any available. I couldn't even test the software since the official links are not working anymore.

Yes I have already contact them, nothing reply from him. then after I have tried to supporting contact.

Essl Smart Office Suite is issue for that then I have install eSSL eTimeTrackLite 6.7 with same setting, it working fine.
