Question

Lost my Optimum PhotoShow Deluxe. Don't have key. Optimum has no records. I have a show that is important to me. Bought Optimum PhotoShow Deluxe in 2007 or 08. I made a show. Got a new computer or two. Did not download program, no disc, I downloaded online. Cannot find my "key . I can play my show with Flash Player but cannot burn DVD, which is what I want to do. Tried a converting program, doesn't recognize my show.

Technically, you will have to prove that you purchased the application. This can be done through a receipt, credit card statement, email confirmation, ORDER ID, etc. If you don't have any one the aforementioned items, then it's impossible to obtain a key for the application.

The only way to have the full version at this time is through purchase.
