How to make my film size smaller to check if it's alright or not? And what's the difference between 38dpi and 45dpi?

I have searched all the available packages and manuals, but couldn't find any information on how to reduce the film size. However, since the software is working with digital printing, to reduce the size, convert it to another image format or simply reduce the resolution of the file will greatly reduce the size.

Higher DPI provides better quality for your files. For printing, the standard DPI should be 600 or 300.
