Based on the information I have found, the software/platform is not compatible with Windows 10.
This is the list with the supported Windows versions:
- Microsoft: Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2012 R2
As you can see, Windows 10 is not supported.
