I have looked on the official website, but couldn't find anything related to login procedure and issues. The available manuals don't give anything, which means you will need to take advantage of the Customer status and access the Customer Care section. This way you will get in touch with the developers and they could verify further the issue with the login procedure. I can't do that since I am not a developer and don't have access to their systems.
