This is a problem caused by compatibility. I recommend visiting the AverMedia website to search your product number in the downloads section. The device you have is not compatible with Windows 10 and because of that it gives you errors. Unfortunately, the only way you can fix it is by installing a new set of drivers (if available!) for Windows 10.

If you find Windows 8.1 drivers, download them and then disable Driver Enforcement on Windows 10 to install them.
Disable Driver Enforcement: Start > Settings > Update and Recovery > Recovery > Restart > Advanced Startup > Troubleshoot > Startup > Restart.
