I downloaded the file, but "System administrator" won't allow it. How do I correct this?

To overcome this issue, right-click the installation package and choose Run as Administrator. This needs to be done while you are logged with a user that has permissive security settings. In case it doesn't, only the system administrator can grant or deny permission to install it. The AllShare application actually needs system access in order to install and function properly.
