MyDeluxInvoices & Estimates is installed in a virtual box running XP and works fine. However, all of a sudden, I can't back it up or open any box or a drop-down menu. I get the following notification: "The current invoice could not be stored. Usually this is caused by a duplicate invoice number. Please change the invoice # and try again". None of the drop-down menu function will allow me to change anything. No matter what I click, the same message brings up. Can anyone help?

I have searched for this error, but nothing came up as being relevant. If you keep receiving the errors, then I recommend backing up the data and re-install the software. Theoretically, you should do what the message says, but if that's not possible, simply reinstall the application using the CD or the setup package.
