I bought my HP from QVC with a Lifetime Warranty on it from McAfee.

I bought my HP from QVC with a Lifetime Warranty on it from McAfee. In the past 2 months I have had problems reloading it back onto my computer because of switching to Windows 10, then finding out I had too many problems with 10. What can I do to fix my McAfee software? Right now my computer is finally back to running Windows 8.

The only logical solution right now is to get rid of McAfee from the Control Panel. Use Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system. Secondly, obtain a new copy of the application and install it again on the OS. If you have a license, download the correct product, install it and then register it using the registration info.
