Based on the official website, you will need a PC with the following Windows version in order to install the application: Windows 98, 98SE, ME, XP, Vista, and Windows 7. However, in Windows 10, you can install the application in Compatibility mode, but for the drivers, you have to Disable Driver Enforcement. Go to Start > Settings > Update and Recovery > Recovery > Advanced Startup > Restart > Troubleshoot Startup > Reboot. Choose option 7, reboot again, and wait for Windows to load. After it loaded, install the software and the drivers then reboot again and it should work properly.
