Question

I just got a new HP desktop with HP TouchSmart. I thought my computer also came with HP SmartPass but can't find it. How can I recheck if I have it and if not, can I install it?

Go to your "Programs and Features" list under Control Panel. All programs on your computer are listed in the alphabetical order. Scroll down and recheck if you see HP SimplePass 2012. If it is there, you have it. If not, I would suggest to go to google.com and ask how to download the program. Hope this helps.

You can visit the Add/Remove or Programs section from Control Panel to check if the software is installed. In case it's not there, you can obtain it from the HP Customer Support website. The application is Windows 7 compatible in both 32 and 64-bit architecture.
