It's impossible to provide support for this application, because this is bundled with the Lenovo devices, which means only you can of use it. However, the software has a Help section where you can get additional information about features and the way it actually works. To access the help, go to Help > Contents. Most developers place all the necessary details on how to manipulate the software through that section. Additionally, look in the installation folder of the program for readme or user guides in CHM or PDF format.
