Samsung iLauncher is an application that is bundled with Samsung cameras. The application is installed when the camera is connected to your PC. The software will provide various features to manage the camera and its content. If you didn't install Samsung iLauncher, then I recommend its immediate removal.
Use Revo Uninstaller. Revo will wipe the software and remove everything that's associated with it leaving no traces or temporary files behind.
