Unfortunately, it's impossible to make this application work under the Windows 10 environment. The only thing you can do is to apply a compatibility tweak for the setup package, but there comes the problem with the drivers which aren't compatible with Windows 10 as well. There is no fix, update, or patch released for TVHome Media3 to make it work under Windows 10. You might need to downgrade to a previous Windows version (7 or XP) to be able to use the software and the drivers.
