No, the software is not compatible with Windows 10. According to the information found on the Support page, the software is compatible with Windows 8, Windows 7 and Windows Vista. However, you can download the setup package and launch it with compatibility tweaks. Right click the setup package and select Properties > Compatibility and select a version of Windows that's mentioned as being compatible.
