Certain applications have Session IDs which means that you're probably logged on, but there is a bug that prevents you to access the contents. That Session ID is usually deleted when you close the computer, restart it, or close the application. You should do all these operations and then try logging in again. Additionally, if the content in the application is backed up on your PC, reinstall the application and then create or add your username.
