New update made main camera video glitch.

Question

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and after I updated to the new version of Snapchat 2015 my main camera now takes video with this weird glitch. How can I fix it? When I take a video and review it, it's as if it were normal, but if I story/send it to someone it ends up all with glitches.

If you have issues with the update, then there are a couple of things you can try. Use the indications posted below:

1. Go to Settings > Applications Manager > All tab > Snapchat. Tap on it and then tap on Clear Data & Clear Cache. This will remove any errors. Be aware that tapping on Clear Data, will also remove the account and restore the application to the 1st installation state. You have to add your account again, therefore I recommend creating a way to re-add the account (eg. register your email address).

2. From the same window, tap on Uninstall Updates because it's possible that the current update is actually bugged.

3. Re-install the application completely.
