No, Solitaire Master 3 won't run on Windows 10 because it's only compatible with the following versions of Windows: Windows 2000, Windows 98, Windows NT, Windows Me, and Windows XP. However, if it has XP support, then you can apply a compatibility tweak. If you have the setup, right-click it and choose Properties > Compatibility. From the drop down list, choose Windows XP and then try launching the application.

Additionally, you can install Windows XP through virtualization in Windows XP through VirtualBox.

Actually, I have Windows 10 and I can play it. However, I did buy the disc and downloaded it. I suspect that as a free download you would have a problem.
