I don't know what to do with the checklist that appears when I want to create a table from a folder.

I have checked the software and tried to replicate the behavior you have mentioned, but it's impossible. I have saved to every possible file format and opened directories with additional sub-directories in their structure. Used the CSV, XML, and HTML format. However, if you want to create a table, simply export to CSV and choose the limiters and then open Excel and import the CSV file. You will have all the data arranged nicely.
