I can't save any movies to hard disc.

Question

I have some problems with my ArcSoft TotalMedia 3.5. Sometimes I can save TV recordings to hard disc, but most of the time is not possible! I live in Poland. Normally, the picture in PC is excellent, but hard disc is empty. My drawing is very poor. I use tuner DVB-T "Cablotech" URZ0184A.

If you can't write to HDD, then I recommend checking its settings or when you try to save to HDD, firstly, make sure that the HDD is connected and detected. You can check in Start > Run > devmgmt.msc. If the HDD is detected, proceed to the test phase. Try recording something. If the error is gone, then the HDD might have issues with connection for the times when it's not working. Change the cables for both data and power.

Mr.Alex Urbach, My HD is OK.Problem is related to scheduled recording (when specyfying the time of recording session).Itsometimes work,sometimes not. Starting recoring by pressing red "button" work always. kpeszek@op.pl
