Question about on time.

My question is, when using the on time flex system on a car, is there a signal that communicate with the on time system that is on the car at any time, or is when the system is programed? It is programed with all of the subsequent codes.

Secondly, go to the installation directory and look for PDF files (users guides, manuals, troubleshooting guides).
