If an application has support for custom hotkeys, you can find this section in the Settings/Options. Open the application, then go to Setting/Options menu and check if there is a section related to custom hotkeys or hotkeys. If there is nothing related to this, then you can't change the factory default keys assigned. This is something the developer implements if he wants to, but if no section is provided, then it doesn't support it.
