The World of Tanks is pretty straightforward when it comes to the actual gameplay. The standard movement is done through WASD and the turret control is done through mouse. The best way is to use the in-game tutorial. It is automatically enabled when you register your account and start the game for the first time. Use that tutorial and you should learn all the basics required to start a game and fight with other players. I have played and the tutorial gave all the necessary instructions to learn how the game works and how it's played.
