The CutePDF Writer doesn't have a command line version. When installed, it will only copy the driver and make it available along GhostScript installation. I have searched everywhere and couldn't find anything related to command line support for CutePDF Writer. The FAQ and Support pages don't specify anything related to this request which means the software lacks these functions or are not available in the free version.
