The application has been removed from the major Android App Stores because it violated the Terms of Service. The software allowed downloading of copyrighted material and this is against the law for an app unless it has contracts with the record labels to do so.
However, you can use Spotify as an alternative. You might not be able to download tracks, but you can listen online music directly from the application.
