Yes, the software is capable of joining files, but that's it. It doesn't extensively allow to manage audio, video, text, subtitles etc. There is a JOIN function available within the program, but it doesn't appear to be working. I have installed the software and it crashed when I was about to join or opening simple video or audio files. This could be a real issue. However, as an alternative, you can try using applications from PhotoDex. Those functions that you mentioned above are already embedded into the program.
