SQL query output to a report in PDF.

My company uses Goldmine as its CRM. Goldmine stores its information to a Microsoft SQL Server located in our server room. I want to Query the SQL database and output the results to a PDF in a format that looks like each email as it appears when I view it on my PC.

The application appears to be very popular among users. I have searched the web, and there are PDF files known as Administrator guide that offer the information on how to export various details from the Goldmine. I recommend you check these files through Google Search. I have already narrowed down the results. You can start with the first website that holds the Administrator guide file.
