I have tried finding a reliable source for this application, but there isn't one. There are news regarding a newer version of the software, but no official website could be provided. If you still have the contact info or website from where you acquired the application, then you can use it to obtain details about the newer version. In case you don't have it, use the version you already have and install it on Windows 8.1. Make sure you run the software in compatibility mode. Right click the file and choose Properties > Compatibility. Choose Windows XP from the drop down menu and launch the software as Administrator and it should work this way.
