Yes, the application is harmful. In fact, it's a scam. It installs and displays that you have a lot of errors to make you buy the application. I recommend its immediate removal and instead of using it, switch to a safer alternative like CCleaner along with Malwarebyes.
If the software refuses to uninstall, use Revo Uninstaller to force it.
