How to increase TeraCopy copying speed?

There isn't actually a trick to do it. You can simply have TeraCopy using the maximum copy speed by closing down applications that cause read/write operations on your hard drive. It's better to close all the applications while the TeraCopy is running. This will provide maximum file speed. Additionally, you can start Task Manager. Locate the TeraCopy process in the list and right click it. Choose Set Priority, then Above Normal and that's it.

Add it to your exclusions for your anti-virus applications (or the default Windows "Virus & threat Protection" settings). Mine sped up 3x after doing so.
