What exactly is AttPhoneEXTns?

What exactly is AttPhoneEXTns? Who uses it and why do they use this? Should I force stop on this sub app or whatever? Why do I want this?

There isn't much information about this software, but it seems that it is connected with AT&T. AttPhoneEXTns appears to be a component of the suite applications released by AT&T. It's used in voice communication. If you don't have AT&T Services, I recommend its immediate removal. Or simply don't install it at all.
