I have downloaded and paid for this software. It is running on a Windows xp partition on a Mac. It has done a scan and 90 minutes ago stating registry issue fixing, and so far has made zero progress. It seems to have frozen.

For the freeze part, force close it using Task Manager (right click Taskbar > Task manager), then restart the application. However, I recommend using CCLeaner in the future instead of paying for something that doesn't work properly.
