My Harping Midi does not work with Windows 10. First it says it can't open the MIDI device, but then it does open it but says "Can't start playing" while the graphics are all there.

The application is designed to work on Windows 98, ME, 2000, NT, XP, Vista, and 7. There is no information related to Windows 10 availability. I have tried finding something about it, but there isn't. As for he MIDI part, you will have to install the corresponding MIDI driver available from its manufacturer's website. If you have an integrated audio card, then access the manufacturer's page.

Go to Option, then select "Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth" in Midi Out. It worked for me.
