Our Database is messed up because of (I think) improper book and patron deletion. I now can neither add more patrons without the program freezing nor can I delete old patrons because they still have outstanding books that were removed. I was wondering if there is a way to start a new one with zeroing out the patrons?

Yes, there is a way to start from zero, and it can be done in two ways:

• You can either re-install the application from scratch with uninstallation before. Reinstalling the software will always place new files and create or repair the registry items.
• Manually locate the database previously used in the application and delete it. Then restart the software and it should work.
