I have found my phone turned on and I can't remember the password I created to unlock it. Any suggestions?

Try to input the password multiple times, and the phone will provide a recovery method(usually the one where you enter your email and password). If that option is not available, you have two options:

  1. Factory reset the phone using the recovery menu (turn off phone, press Volume UP + Power + Home to enter Recovery.)

  2. Visit the carrier's service shop, and they should unlock it for you, or visit a local phone service shop.
