Is Windows 10 compatible with ScanTools II Version 1?

No, the software isn't compatible with the newly released Windows 10. According to the System Requirements file, you can install the application only on:

• Windows 8, 32-bit and 64-bit Editions • Windows 7, 32-bit and 64-bit Editions • Windows XP
