The application is not compatible with Windows 10. I have checked the FAQ pages and according to the information posted, you can install it on Microsoft Windows XP SP3, Microsoft Vista SP1 (32bit or 64bit) and Microsoft Windows 7 (32bit or 64bit). There is no mention about Windows 10 operating system. I recommend you contact the developers. They will either provide information about a possible update or recommend another product compatible with Windows 10.
