Can't view documents on one workstation.

Why will a document not be displayed for viewing when searching for electronic claim? It can be displayed on all other workstations; except for one workstation. What could be missing on that workstation that does not allow document to be viewed?

The problem might be caused by the lack of a plugin's installation. Go to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a Program and check that all plug-ins are installed properly. You should look in a machine that's working. Alternatively, re-install the application, and make sure to choose the Typical/Default installation method. Basically, you should have the non-working computer like a mirror to the ones that already work when it comes to app installation.

Thanks Sean, but I should have clarified that it is a web-based program we are pulling them from. There is no program to uninstall. I did check the add-ons to make sure that it was enabled for ndchealth. I can have the same user sit at any of the other workstations, sign on with her username and password and she has no problems displaying from that workstation. Any ideas for what I should check on a machine that is working to compare to the machine not working? Thanks!
