I only want To and From email addresses.

Question

GeeExtract extracted 37000 email addresses. I turned off using the body of emails, but couldn't find a way to only extract people I've emailed and who have emailed me (ie. it's giving me all the emails of people who include me in a group email they send. I can't afford to get spammed by people who don't know me, so only want those from Gmail that I've sent to and who have sent me). If you can advise that'd be awesome.

The application is configured to extract the emails using Labels since Gmail is configured to use Labels for its incoming and outgoing emails. To extract the emails using TO:, configure GeeExtract and add the Sent label, then initiate the connection. You can do the same for the ones who emailed you. Add another label with Inbox and the software will get the emails from that label.
