Yes, you can try to recover the files if they're corrupted, but the trick is to avoid writing to USB until the operation is finished. There is also the possibility the files to be corrupted up to a level that recovery doesn't have a meaning anymore.

Attach the USB drive and the start the application. Select its partition and start the recovery process. When the files are found, choose to recover them, but this time select a partition on your computer.

Here are detailed steps for you to rescue your contents there:
1). Do not overwrite this USB flash drive in case of real data loss problems.
2). Scan it with data recovery software to see whether all of your wanted contents inside this drive could be restored. There are always many data recovery tools online. Just select one for your USB flash drive, like uFlysoft, iCare Data Recovery Free, 4Card Recovery and TestDisk, etc.
