Protected drives usually have their passwords encrypted and stored on a safe environment. It's not possible to remove or recover such passwords, because it will be in contradiction with the purpose of protecting a flash drive. The only way to get rid of the password is through format or partition delete operation. To do this, use the built-in Microsoft's format option from My Computer.
