The software doesn't work on Windows 10, and it is just "great". Thank HP for making again simple things frustrating and irritating.
The web-based software is developed to work on Windows 10 as well. If the software version is not working or it's not compatible, then I recommend checking the URL posted below to see exactly what you have in your computer that needs updates or drivers.
