If the program has been downloaded from the developer's website, then this is a false positive which means the software is clean, but the antivirus treats it as being infected due to various reasons or code in the header of the files. One way to overcome this is to add it to the Exclusion list. Open your antivirus program and add it to the Exclusion list to allow it to run properly.
However, if you've downloaded the program from a third party website, then it's possible it's infected with malware.
