MedScheduler error: will not synch with New innovations.

I'm having difficulty downloading MedScheduler for New Innovations - it will download but will not sync with NI and I am getting repetitive errors. Could you please send me a version of MedScheduler that does not crash when opened or is this a current ongoing issue with current version? Also, please let me know if Chrome vs Explorer is preferred browser.

This application is not available for public use. It's been installed and accessed through a web based service. In fact, you access it through your web browser. I have tried finding information about it, but there are only brief descriptions of its presentation. If there is a system administrator in your area that handles the software, I recommend contacting him or use the Help > About and contact the developers directly and inform them about this procedure.
