These errors may be caused by different reasons and the most common way of dealing with them is removing the account attached to your device. To do this, go to Settings > Accounts and tap on the Google account. Remove it using the three-buttons menu in the upper-right section. After its removal, go to Settings > Applications > All tab. Locate Google Play Store and Google Services Framework. Clear data and Clear cache for each of the application, then restart the phone. Attach the same or another Google account and then you should have the possibility to save them.
