If Windows is still running, go to 'Start' > 'Control Panel' > 'Uninstall a program' and locate the application. Click Remove but instead of using uninstall, select 'Repair'. This should fix the problem with the software's functionality. Alternatively, locate the library you have on your computer and then move it to a safe location. Completely uninstall the application and re-install it and add the library back. This should be used only if the software is not working after the repair function.
