First of all, in order to convert PDF documents into .DB files, all formatting from the PDF must be eliminated. You may do so by creating a flat file. After you achieve this, it is possible to include delimeters before the next step, which requires importing the flat file into an Access database. Excel or Access databases tend to allow this process to work better than other formats, but in general, there should be no problem with any database that receives flat files processed from a portable-data format document.
