You can block ads in Safari with the help of an extension called ADblock. Visit the URL below, then click on Install for Safari. Accept all changes and refresh the pages that are currently opened. All the ads should be blocked. Additionally, you can configure the extension by clicking its icon that looks like an A in a red circle. Add more filters through the Subscription tab to make it more effective.
