You can change the Settings of the Opera Zoom Slider from the Preferences menu. Click the Opera icon on the upper-left area and then go to Settings > Preferences or simply press CTRL + F12. Switch to WEBPAGES tab and then click the Zoom drop down menu. You can adjust it how you want it. To make it more easier, use the image below as proof:
